Second meeting of the Adriatic Trilateral Ministerial

At the invitation of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ditmir Bushati, will be held in Durres, on 17 November 2017, the second meeting of the Adriatic Trilateral Ministerial among Albania, Croatia and Montenegro.

Croatia will be represented by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Europe and  Foreign Affairs, Marija Pejčinović Burić, while Foreign Minister of Montenegro Srđan Darmanović will represent Montenegro.

The Adriatic Trilateral was launched at a meeting of the foreign ministers of the three countries, this Februay, in Split, Croatia. It serves as a platform for joint efforts of NATO's Adriatic space to strengthen and expand the cooperation between the three participating countries, as well as for a joint action in the interest of a safer and interconnected region in all dimensions.

During this meeting, the ministers of the three countries will discuss co-ordinating efforts as three member states in the North Atlantic Alliance to address the challenges the Western Balkans region is facing. They will also focus on concrete projects of our countries in infrastructure, energy and tourism.

The meeting will begin at 9.30 am at the Archaeological Museum in Durrës. At the end of it, ministers will hold a joint press conference.
